1. Why these rules
VibeLive is a place to have fun live, meet people and support creators. For that to work, everyone needs to feel safe.
These rules apply to everything in the app: lives (including private and premium lives), audio rooms, PK battles, chat, direct messages, the feed, reels, comments, profiles, usernames and photos. They are part of the Terms of Use.
2. The basics
- Adults 18+ only. Accounts belonging to minors are closed.
- Respect people. Disagreeing is fine; attacking is not.
- Be yourself. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not.
- Get consent. Only show people who agreed to appear.
- Follow the law. What’s illegal outside the app is illegal here too.
- When in doubt, don’t post it.
3. Zero tolerance
Some behavior gets no second chance. It leads to immediate removal of the content and a ban of the account, without notice, and may be reported to the authorities:
- Nudity or sexual content: exposure of intimate parts, sexual acts or gestures, explicit sexual content and offers of sexual content or services, including in private lives and direct messages.
- Exploitation of minors: any content that exploits, endangers or sexualizes children or teenagers. Every case of sexualization of minors is reported to the authorities.
- Harassment: stalking, intimidating, humiliating, persisting with unwanted contact or sexually harassing anyone.
- Hate speech: attacking or dehumanizing people based on race, color, ethnicity, origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic.
- Threats: threatening to hurt someone, threatening to expose someone’s data or intimate content, blackmail or inciting others against someone.
- Violence: showing, promoting or glorifying real violence, assault, animal cruelty, violent groups or terrorism.
- Illegal content: any content or activity that breaks the law, such as selling illegal drugs or weapons and sharing material obtained through crime.
4. Also not allowed
The behavior below leads to removal of the content and penalties ranging from a warning to a ban. Serious or repeated cases may also lead to an immediate ban.
- Spam and scams: mass messages, suspicious links, fake prize promises, “invest and earn” schemes and attempts to steal passwords or data.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, a creator, a brand, an agency or someone from the VibeLive team.
- Exposing private data: sharing someone’s phone number, address, documents, photos or private conversations without permission.
- Encouraging self-harm: promoting, encouraging or teaching ways to hurt yourself or take your own life. Talking respectfully about mental health, or seeking support, is allowed.
- Dangerous acts: risky challenges, going live while driving, handling weapons or anything that could hurt you or others.
- Fraud with coins and gifts: fraudulent chargebacks, arranged gifting to manipulate rankings or PK battles, using bots, system glitches or fake accounts, and fake referrals.
- Selling accounts: buying, selling, renting or trading accounts, levels, VIP status or coins.
- Off-platform payments: asking for or offering payment outside the platform, such as direct PIX transfers, bank transfers or payment links, in exchange for gifts, content or attention.
5. During lives
- Consent: don’t stream people who haven’t agreed to appear, or other people’s homes or private spaces without permission.
- Minors: people under 18 may not go live, join as guests or be the focus of a live.
- Copyright: don’t rebroadcast sports matches, movies, series, shows or other people’s content without permission.
- Guests and PK: in multi-guest lives and PK battles, whoever runs the live helps keep things within the rules and should report anyone who breaks them.
- Same rules for every live: private and premium lives follow exactly these rules. Paying for entry does not unlock prohibited content.
- Recording for moderation: lives may be recorded and automatically analyzed. You see a notice about this before you go live.
6. Gifts, coins and games
- A gift is support, not an obligation. Don’t pressure, deceive or manipulate anyone into sending gifts.
- Nothing prohibited in exchange for gifts. Don’t offer sexual content, meetups, personal data or anything else that breaks these rules in exchange for gifts or coins.
- Gifts you send are non-refundable, and coins have no value outside the app. Think before you send.
- Clean PK battles: no fixing results, using fake accounts or manipulating the match.
- Games: the games hub is for adults 18 and over only. Round results are verifiable. Play in moderation and don’t try to exploit glitches.
- Watch out for scams: official agencies’ commission is paid separately and takes nothing from the creator’s earnings. Be wary of anyone asking for your password or money on behalf of VibeLive.
7. Reporting and blocking
Report. Tap the three dots on the profile, live or message and choose Report. Our team reviews reports, with a target of 24 hours.
Block. On the person’s profile, tap Block. They stop seeing your content and can no longer talk to you.
Reporting is about protecting the community. Filing false or mass reports to harm someone also breaks these rules.
8. If someone breaks the rules
Depending on how serious it is, the context and the account’s history, we may:
- remove the content;
- issue a warning;
- restrict features, such as going live, commenting, messaging or withdrawing;
- temporarily suspend the account;
- permanently ban the account;
- withhold or cancel diamonds obtained through fraud;
- report the case to the authorities.
We may act without notice. Creating another account to get around a suspension or ban is also a violation.
9. How to appeal
Think we made a mistake? You can open an appeal directly in the app, and our team will review the case. If you prefer, write to support@vibelive.chat with your username and an explanation of what happened.
10. Safety and help
- If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 190 in Brazil or your local emergency number.
- If you’re going through a hard time, CVV offers free emotional support in Brazil by phone at 188, 24 hours a day. Outside Brazil, reach out to a local helpline.
- Report any risky situation you see in a live or conversation in the app. Our team can act and, when needed, contact the authorities.
